My name is Kiana, but I usually go by Kia or Kiki. I'm 24 years old and I started rping eight years ago, back in the ages when the AOL chatrooms College Rp and Hotel/Pool Party were the business and you were the popular kid if you could get into the original ones. I know, I know I've been at this for a minute and a half. I said that when I turned 21 that I'd stop, but obviously this damned game keeps pulling me back into its sticky little web. Let's see, I'm from Long Beach, California, but I'm currently chilling in Bellflower and I am currently in my last year of college in attempts of becoming the female Dr. Christian Troy.
Obviously, I have a wide range of characters and that is because I like to keep things fresh. I can go from playing a world class socialite to a dope girl at the drop of a hat. I have no objections to playing women of different cultural backgrounds other than my own and I make sure that whoever I play is true to their general cultural upbringings. Currently, I am only interested in playing female characters, though, one of these days I'll probably branch out and pick up a male character.
As far as avenues of playing out scenes go I can either go for AIM or threading, it doesn't really matter to me. I also do not mind making journals for characters, I'm usually the type of person to get things set up pretty quick in that aspect especially if I'm truly excited about the sl.

Here's the not so fun part, but it needs to be done I guess. Every mun is very protective of what happens to their characters and I'm no different. There's no cool way to do this, so here are the rules.
♠ IC v OOC: This is something that seems to be a problem in the lot of sls I've encountered. Basically, don't cross these lines. The only drama I want is IC. Anything OOC is unwelcomed and not appreciated. So don't waste my time or yours with it. That's pretty simple, right? Right.
♠ Mun Consent: You need it. Unless I specify otherwise, which is rare, don't go raping, murdering, shoplifting, etc with any of my characters without my permission.
♠ AU/CELEB/PB: I prefer PB, but depending on the person I will play a celeb role. As far as AU's go, I don't mind playing in one just as long as its sort of reality based. IE: no vampires, zombies, harry potters, witches cauldron's...etc. Love the movies, just not a fan of playing them, sorry.
♠ HET/SLASH/FEMME: I usually play Het, however, I have played Femme roles once or twice during my years of playing. So once again, I'm not opposed to it. I don't do slash because well...I don't.
♠ Adult Scenes: I play them and I'm pretty damn good at them. HOWEVER, that does not mean I was sls strictly sex based. It must be apart of a bigger picture. If I want porn, I'll order it. Another thing, we do not always have to play out the scene. It can be implied in order to get to more pressing matters.
♠ Storylines: As stated before I'm always opened to new lines, but I'd like the lines to be well thought out and they must go further than the same old "boy meets girl. girl falls for boy. they fight. they get married. they have kids. everyone and everything is sunshine and rainbows." That gets kind of boring. I'm also willing to play darker sls, as mentioned before IC drama is love.
♠ Elitists: I'm not one. I don't really like to associate myself with those who call themselves that. Everyone in this game started off as a novice and people should remember that. Now with that said, while I am not an elitist, there are a few things that I expect from the people that I play with. One thing that really irks me is people who can't spell or use proper grammar. I'm not saying that I'm going to care whether or not someone puts a comma in the wrong spot, but please just know the basics. |

I'm always open to new things, because let's face it, things tend to get a little mundane in the wonderful world of role play. So with that said, I'm not looking for the usual lines...you know the ones. What I am looking for is creativity, realism, and pretty much anything that will not bore me easily. Also, if there are any storylines that you may have and find that one of my characters may fit the mold, then this is where you let me know. It can either be for a community type deal or a psl. I don't mind. For the time being I'm only looking to fill lines with my current characters. However, if you have something that I really like then I may be swayed to make a new character.
